7 Ways to Stop Overeating

Overeating is a problem with many people, it not only
causes weight gains but is a leading cause in many
health problems.

Here are 7 easy ways to control Overeating.

1. Eat slowly so your system has time to signal your
brain that your stomach is full. It usually takes
15 – 20 minutes for your system to signal your brain.
All the food that you eat until the message is
received by the brain is extra weight. Remember to
stop eating when you first feel full, not when your
clothing gets tight and you will Stop Overeating.

2. Eat only when you are sitting at the table. This
will stop you from snacking on food while you are
doing other things. You can easily loss track of
how much you eat when you are busy with
something else. This is very common when you are
watching TV and eat the whole bag of chips, only

3. Do not use food as a stress reliever. When you
have a full stomach, you system slows down to
digest the food. This leaves you with a calm feeling.

You don’t need the extra food taken in, which then

4. Chew your food at least twenty times, meats
more times, to help start the digest process. The

your clothes will still fit after eating and no added
pounds from Overeating.

5. When you can’t eat, drink a glass of water to
stop the hunger pains. When you go to eat, you
will not feel empty and be tempted to eat more

6. Eat on a regular schedule. The body is like a
machine, it needs to have fuel to function properly.
By eating on a schedule, your system will be able to
