A Natural Weight Loss Diet does not cause any of the
Health problems caused by
Fad Diets or Quick Weight Loss Diets.

Besides the risk of dehydration, there are several
Health reasons that make Fad Diets a risk to your
Health.

The normal source of energy is the carbohydrate,
which has been limited due to dieting so the body will
Burn Fat for energy. So you think Fat Burning is great
but the problem is that the body can not Burn Fat
completely without the present of carbohydrates.

This incomplete Fat Burning process produces
ketones which accumulate in the blood. The only
means for the body to eliminate the ketones is
via the urine, causing dehydration and the fruit like
breathe that is key sign that a diabetic is in danger.

If the process is not stopped the body can go into
shock which may lead to body shut down of all the
system and finally death.

This chemical imbalance is similar to what happens
to diabetics who don’t eat every few hours to
maintain their blood chemistry balance.

Still another problem with the incomplete Fat Burning
is that very little usable energy is produced and you
may feel fatigued and weak.

Another problem can be caused by the Fad Diets,
the wasting away of body muscle. Sure you are
using your muscles everyday so you think that will
keep you in shape, but that’ not why you get
muscle waste.

When the body goes to repair itself proteins are very
important in the process. So while you sleep the body
tries to repair it self using what resources are there.
One source of protein is muscles tissue. This is why
people loose muscle on long time fad diets. The loss
isn’t due to disuse of muscles, atrophy, or decrease
in the size of the muscle but to the body breaking
down the muscles.

The weakness may not be realized until later since
weakness is also seen with the incomplete burning of
fat. There will be an increase in energy as soon as
the carbohydrates are taken into the body but the
recovery will not be at the previous level. It usually
takes time for the results to be seen and then it may
be a major Health issue.

These are a few of the complications caused by
using Fad Diets over a long time. There are still
issues with the immune systems and other organs
of the body that we have not mentioned.

And it isn’t smart to use the Fad Diet and then go on
a regular diet, then back to the Fad Diet, thinking
that you can control the damage. Since you can’t
see the damage how can you asset what you
damage has been done? The body is very good at
adapting to difficulties without causing any great pain.

Lose the weight the same way you gained it over a
period of time. Fad Diets are not safe to use for long
term weight loss, don’t gamble on your Health and
lifestyle for a quick fix that will only cost you
your health in the long run.

Natural Weight Loss is the safe and Healthy Way
to Lose Weight.

Overeating is a problem with many people, it not only
causes weight gains but is a leading cause in many
health problems.

Here are 7 easy ways to control Overeating.

1. Eat slowly so your system has time to signal your
brain that your stomach is full. It usually takes
15 – 20 minutes for your system to signal your brain.
All the food that you eat until the message is
received by the brain is extra weight. Remember to
stop eating when you first feel full, not when your
clothing gets tight and you will Stop Overeating.

2. Eat only when you are sitting at the table. This
will stop you from snacking on food while you are
doing other things. You can easily loss track of
how much you eat when you are busy with
something else. This is very common when you are
watching TV and eat the whole bag of chips, only
to later realize that you ate the whole bag and not
a few chips as intended.

3. Do not use food as a stress reliever. When you
have a full stomach, you system slows down to
digest the food. This leaves you with a calm feeling.

You don’t need the extra food taken in, which then
is turn into stored fat and the stress is still there
ready to surface again. Now there are two health
problems, the excess weight from Overeating and
the hidden stress.

4. Chew your food at least twenty times, meats
more times, to help start the digest process. The
enzymes that are mixed with food during chewing
are the first step in the digestion process. This will
help break down the food, putting less strain on
your stomach, which helps to relief stomach
problems. There will be less need for stomach relief,
your clothes will still fit after eating and no added
pounds from Overeating.

5. When you can’t eat, drink a glass of water to
stop the hunger pains. When you go to eat, you
will not feel empty and be tempted to eat more
than needed. The water also aids your system to
get rid of waste while keeping you from Overeating.

6. Eat on a regular schedule. The body is like a
machine, it needs to have fuel to function properly.
By eating on a schedule, your system will be able to
provide a steady flow of energy for your activity.
This will also help regulate your blood sugar and
Stop Overeating.

7. Keep a food diary so you will be aware of what
situations or feelings lead you to eat when you
aren’t hungry. Jot down what your feelings were
when you ate, where you were and why you ate.
It may take as little as a few days to see a pattern.
Be sure to remember to do this for the weekend if
you work away from home during the week.

Sometimes we eat without realizing that we are
Overeating. By doing these simple easy things you
will Stop Overeating and have more control of
your weight in a more natural way.

In today’s go-go and do everything world we may not
only be fat but also tired.

How many times have you heard news reports of
people falling asleep while driving and causing wrecks?

Adults need to sleep 6-8 hours a day to stay healthy
and function properly.

The idea that we don’t sleep enough seems to be
everywhere but people don’t listen. Some how we
are missing the message.

There are four things the body needs to survive,
oxygen, water, food and sleep. Without these the
body can not function properly and becomes
Unhealthy.

Many people while working just reach for a nice
calorie laden snack – chips, cookies and candy bars,
or another cup of coffee for a quick perk me up and
return to work. But this type of substitution only
causes unforeseen problems later.

You don’t need those extra calories and what harm
are you causing to your body’s systems?

Scientist have known and studied the circadian
cycle of the body for years. When you deny your
body sleep, you disrupt this cycle.

Instead of the body sleeping and repairing cells and
tissues you are forcing it to digest food, the mind is
working over time instead of relaxing, and the wrong
hormones are at work. The signals of the body are
getting all messed up.

You are not only running down your body, you’re
also getting your hormones confused. You will
produce more hormones to promote hunger and
less hormones to give the full feeling. That is why
you are not able to stop eating and never feel full.

And bright and early the next morning you think I just
slept for 4 hours why do I feel so bad??? So you go
and add another cup of coffee with a snack to
the mess.

Next time you deny yourself the necessary sleep
remember your Health and Weigh Loss may depend
on your sleep.
